Terms of Service
The short version: buy it, own it, don't leak it, and train hard.
1. Who we are
Nixon Academy sells digital Fortnite training content — guides, category bundles, all-access packages and 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Payments are processed securely by Payhip; we never see or store your card details. Nixon Academy is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Epic Games, Inc. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.
2. Your purchase
All guides and bundles are one-time purchases that grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for as long as Nixon Academy operates, including free updates to purchased guides. Bundles additionally include future guides added to their category. A purchase is a licence to learn from the content — not ownership of the content itself.
3. One account, one player
Access is for the buyer only. Sharing, reselling, screen-recording, re-uploading or otherwise distributing guide content — in whole or in part — is prohibited and will result in access being revoked without refund. We actively watermark and monitor content for leaks.
4. Coaching sessions
Coaching sessions are scheduled through the site and delivered over Discord. You may reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. No-shows without notice forfeit the session. Coaches may record sessions to deliver your written plan; recordings are shared only with you.
5. Refunds
All guides and bundles carry a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase — see our Refund Policy for details. Coaching sessions are refundable until 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
6. No results guarantee
We publish real benchmarks and our methods are used by thousands of players, but improvement depends on your practice. We do not guarantee any specific rank, earnings or tournament results.
7. Community conduct
Access to our Discord community is a privilege that comes with purchases. Harassment, cheating discussion, account selling or leaking content will result in removal from the community and may result in loss of access to purchased services.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the academy grows. Material changes will be announced in the Discord and on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
