Refund Policy
If the training isn't for you, you get your money back. Simple.
Guides & bundles — 14 days, no questions
Every guide, category bundle and Vault purchase can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email us or open a ticket in the Discord with your order email and we'll process it — refunds land back on your original payment method through Payhip, usually within 5–10 business days.
Coaching sessions
Coaching is refundable until 24 hours before your scheduled slot. Rescheduling is free up to 12 hours before. If your coach has to cancel, you choose between an instant refund or priority rebooking.
When we refuse refunds
We refuse refunds when content has been leaked, shared or re-distributed from the purchasing account, and on repeat buy-refund cycles of the same content. Fair is fair.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a chargeback — we refund faster than banks do. Chargebacks filed without contacting us result in permanent loss of access to Nixon Academy products and community.

Email support@nixonacademy.com with the email you purchased with and the product name — or open a support ticket in the Discord. That's all we need.
