Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum needed to train you, and nothing more.
1. What we collect
When you buy a guide or book coaching we receive your name, email address, Discord username and the products you purchased. When you browse the site we collect basic, anonymised analytics (pages visited, referrer, country). That's it.
2. What we never collect
We never see or store your payment details — checkout is handled entirely by Payhip and their payment providers. We don't collect your Epic account credentials, and no legitimate coach will ever ask for them.
3. How we use your data
To deliver what you bought: unlocking guide access, scheduling coaching sessions, sending purchase receipts and important product updates. Your Discord username is used to grant community roles and coordinate coaching sessions.
4. Who we share it with
Payhip (payment processing), Discord (community roles and session coordination) and our hosting providers. We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone else.
5. Young players
Many of our students are minors. If you are under 16, use Nixon Academy with a parent or guardian's permission — and parents are welcome to contact us about any purchase or data question.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. Email support@nixonacademy.com from the address you purchased with and we'll handle it within 30 days.
